I am the Editor and owner of community gaming site, Ready Up. Now in its forth year and with a dedicated team of 30 staff writers, Ready Up has grown to be an established member of the UK’s games press. The site was nominated for a Games Media Award in 2010 and 2011. As Editor I control some of the site’s output as well as plan and organise the continuing development of Ready Up as a brand. My role also involves training and supporting staff members, building on their skills and preparing them for a career in the games industry.
